What it’s about

The role of Distribution Assistant comprises of many different tasks. Dependant on which team you are in these can be desk-based or involve walking/ standing for long periods at a time.

 

Overall as a Distribution Assistant you are responsible for making sure our learners receive their exams on time, their completed exam papers are received and processed accurately, then finally sending out the learners well-earned certificates.

 

You are involved at each stage of the learner’s experience, meaning this role holds great importance in delivering our assessments to learners all around the world.

We are currently looking for team members in:

Flying Squad – In this team you will be trained across all departments and will assist areas at their busiest times. For example you may be on a desk-based task for 2 weeks then required to help a team which involves standing for most of the day. You are simply where you are needed most, the ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment is critical to succeeding in this fast paced environment. 

 

All roles require complete commitment to Health and Safety and involve training flexible team members.

The role may require shift work for part of the year; this is dependent on organisational need. The shift work will be subject to a shift premium of +20%.

•    Commit to Health and Safety whilst having a basic understanding of Health and Safety procedures
