What it’s about
Reporting to the Regional Commercial Head, South East Asia & Pacific, the Senior Marketing Manager, South East Asia & Pacific, will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy for the SE Asia and Pacific region to enable the delivery of challenging targets in existing and new markets for a diverse range of stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing 
You will be responsible for:

• Leading the development, management and execution of the marketing activities for the South East Asia & Pacific region in line with the Cambridge English global marketing plan to support the delivery of the regional revenue, entries and recognition targets.
• As part of the global digital marketing team, develop and implement an online marketing plan for the region, with the objective of increasing the amount of visits to the Cambridge English website and social media pages. Plan and coordinate digital media marketing and market research across the region.
• Manage the annual marketing budget efficiently. Set targets for and evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns and budget - making full use of CRM systems to improve effectiveness of marketing.
• Be responsible for all aspects of recognition (working with the Recognition Manager), specific market research and PR for the region and the development and production of local materials, advertising pieces and articles for press releases.
• Develop strong effective relationships with key stakeholders both externally and internally. Represent Cambridge English at industry events to engage with stakeholders and gain market intelligence.
• Maintain up-to-date awareness and knowledge of the ELT industry, including competitor activity and use this intelligence to inform future activity and messaging development.

What we’re looking for
You will be an experienced senior marketing manager with proven experience of setting effective marketing strategies (including digital marketing strategy) and managing a wide variety of marketing activities in the Southeast Asia and Pacific region. You will have excellent communications skills in English (C1) and preferably in another ASEAN language. Knowledge of regional educational systems & assessment and experience of working in a matrix environment will be an advantage.
