Regional Business Partner Manage

What it’s about


Reporting to the Regional Operations Head for Americas, the Regional Business Partner Manager will be responsible for leading all administrative and office activities throughout the Americas region, taking care of governance and risk management processes (including any local compliance requirements).

What you’ll be doing

You will be responsible for:

  • developing, leading and managing all administrative activities of the business
  • ensuring that all legal, financial, tax, HR, Health & Safety and technology requirements / compliances are in place for the regional offices
  • administering the budget, generating the corresponding reports, and supporting Senior Managers and budget holders in relation to actual expenditure against budget and as well as forecasting costs.
  • Work with colleagues in support functions (HR, Finance, Legal etc.) and other regions to design and implement new processes for the Americas region as needed
  • Providing day to day support for procurement and supplier contracts in the regiom
  • Interfacing with the bank, government agencies, local council offices etc as required


What we’re looking for


You will be a strategic adminisitrator for the region with proven experience of leading with HR, Legal and Financial processes and procedures.  You will have excellent communications skills in both English (B2 or C1) and Spanish (C1). You will have experience of successfully using databases and Excel tools, and clear knowledge of local regulations.

Education and professional experience:

  • Degree in Administration, Finance, Accountancy or HR (desirable)
  • 3 years in positions with similar responsabilities.
