What it’s about

Reporting to the Regional Commercial Head for the Central Region, the Country Manager will be accountable for all commercial activities in Turkey. Country Manager will lead the business development and marketing activities in Turkey to achieve revenue growth and other targets


What you’ll be doing

You will be responsible for:

  • developing, leading and managing all commercial activities of the business in Turkey
  • manage key customers (existing and new), thereby improving turnover and profitability
  • implementing an innovative, growth focused strategy
  • ensuring that profitable business growth is accelerated by developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies and the quality of the in country partner network

 

Skills: 

  • Proficiency in Turkish
  • Proficiency in English
  • Good IT skills
  • Good communication skills (interpersonal, presenting, persuading etc)
  • Good time management skills
  • Evidence of the ability to think strategically
