What it’s about

 

Do you have administration experience and are looking to become part of team that provides excellent service? As a Services and Property Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance for the Services and Property team. Whether this be sales order processing or operating the help desk you will be at the heart of operation that keeps the building running.

 

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage the procurement of goods and services for the Services & Property team, from raising SAP carts through to goods receipt and invoice reconciliation for all Cambridge Assessment UK sites.
  • Provide full administrative support to the Services and Property Management Team, including but not restricted to, organising meetings as requested, the timely and accurate production of agendas, minutes and supporting papers.
  • Administer the planned preventative maintenance system for contractor visits, ensuring all Risk and Method statements and conductor checklists are available where necessary.
  • Administering the Services and Property helpdesk for all sites, whilst adhering to the set service level agreements.
  • Oversee document management for all service reports for all sites and coordinate security documentation and access for contractors.
  • Liaise with external suppliers to ensure that all waste and health and safety documentation complies with legislation
  • Respond to customer queries and undertake other ad-hoc duties as requested

NB: The Services and Property department employs a matrix working system, where staff members may be trained across multiple functional areas and required to work within different teams at any given point. This applies to all job roles within the department.

 

What we’re looking for

 

Skills

Experienced Computer User, Advanced Excel Skills, and experience of working with database applications.
Strong and confident verbal and written communications, extensive interpersonal skills with an ability to liaise with people at all levels.
Extensive organisational skills with an ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Be able to prioritise and problem solve.
Attention to detail in all arrangements, planning and operation with an ability to multi-task
Ability to work flexibly, manage changes and contingencies in schedules and events, prioritise under pressure without compromising quality.
Proactive, can-do attitude to identifying and resolving potential issues.
Flexibility in providing support to team members and the wider Services & Property team.

 

Experience

Proven experience of working in a busy administration role.
Experience in sales order processing and helpdesk system in a commercial and industrial environment.
Previous experience in facilities management (desirable)
