Contract: Full time, Fixed-term contract until April 2020 and December 2020

Salary: £37,600 – £52,600

Location: The Triangle Building, Cambridge

 

What it's about

You will support the Exam Modernisation Product Owner in the Operations (Service Delivery) work stream within the Modernisation Programme. You will be co-ordinating and working with a team of colleagues with a focus on the design, business processes and operating model for the operational capabilities within the new landscape for Exam and Modernisation; contributing to the requirements gathering, design and testing of new systems; becoming proficient in the use of new systems, defining and implementing new business processes based on them.

 

What you'll be doing

The principal accountabilities are:

  • Leading on and taking full responsibility for the business requirements gathering, analysis, and designing of new end to end business processes. Contribute to implementation strategies, advice and work with the business change managers to implement changes within agreed timescales.
  • Leading on process revisions and product support activity in order to deliver an efficient and fit for purpose processing model
  • Coming up with strategies and recommendations for testing and business change activities
  • Being responsible for system design including, business processes & operating model for the Operations work stream in line with the design principles

 

What we’re looking for

Qualifications

  • Preferably educated to degree level. This can be substituted by significant work experience at Cambridge English
  • Higher level qualification in management or an MBA (desirable)
