Contract: Full-time, 12 Months Fixed Term Maternity Cover

Salary: £20,900- £23,000

What it’s about

The School Registration team is responsible for the processing of new school applications. As a School Registration Administrator, you will be first point of contact for new schools wishing to join Cambridge International. You will be responsible for inputting school information into our database and supporting our customers, consultants and overseas colleagues throughout the process of an application. The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team who are passionate about giving all our global customers an outstanding level of service.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Ensure that registration of new schools and when required customer administration (such as customer amendments, additional qualifications and school closures etc) are processed accurately within agreed SLAs.
  • Liaising with schools and colleagues based around the world in order to provide high quality customer service within agreed timescales.
  • Ensure that contracts and supporting customer documents are stored as per procedural requirements.
  • Book travel and accommodation for consultants carrying out global school visits ensuring most cost effective methods are used.
  • Carry out financial activities with accuracy such as raising & cancelling invoices, and invoice disputes. Provide support to the annual invoicing process yearly.
  • Ensure responses to enquiries from customers and colleagues (verbal & written) are clearly and effectively delivered within agreed SLAs.
  • Creation and maintenance of ISO procedures and work instructions. Assist with providing FAQ’s which are relevant to this area of work, as well as providing ad hoc training to colleagues in the wider team.
  • To deliver comprehensive advice in connection to all registration and administration areas and ensuring all this information is logged. Escalation of any queries, concerns and complaints to Assistant Registration Manager.

 

What we’re looking for

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 A Levels or equivalent professional experience.
  • IT literate - proficient in the use of MS Office (particularly Word, Outlook & Excel)
