Location: Cambridge (with visits to multiple sites)


About You

We are looking for someone who is either fully or part-qualified in Occupational Health & Safety and has a genuine interest in supporting and helping people. It is essential that you either have or are working towards the National Diploma in Health and Safety. You will be working very closely alongside the current Head of Health, Safety and Wellbeing, so a forward-thinking, progressive team player is key. The organisation is continuously evolving and has a big emphasis on its people, an enthusiastic team-player will fit the role well.


About The Role

Working across a global network, you will join a team of 4 in order to assist colleagues in health, safety and wellbeing matters. Providing consultancy services, supporting decision making through expert advice and practical solutions, the key aspects of the role are to conduct audits, inspections, ensuring all compliance practice is being adhered too, alongside assisting all colleagues in health & safety and compliance matters across the board. You will manage near miss and accident investigations including an investigation into the root cause, maintaining accurate data for statistics and reports, in order to maintain consistent improvement and keep up to date with all legislation changes.

This role is based in Cambridge with the requirement of travel to our other 2 offices once or twice a month. The organisation's headquarters are in Cambridge but has a global presence with offices in 35 different countries.
